Very very interesting - mind body connection and specifically emotions, needs related to back pain… I had never heard that before and I think it’s very helpful🩵 it really resonated And the idea of grounding certain chakras- thank you for the information and this beautiful session!

Yes im definitely stuck in life so if that could be healed through reiki, i wouldnt feel so miserable anymore

I can definitely resonate with the feeling of being stuck. Just know that you always have choices and can move things forward to be in alignment with your truth and what feels good for you. Reiki can be very supportive in helping to let go of these stuck feelings 🩷 Sending you love and gratitude!
