Depending on what needs healed it may take multiple healing sessions. We always recommend that you play them as much as you feel called to! It is also helpful to make a playlist or use one of the premade lists we created.

if it didn't help, check out "Mind Healer" from Morpheus Fields (listen as much as you want). And maybe also "Amygdala Healing" from Sapien Medicine (listen only 1-3 times daily, it's very strong)
