ഞാൻ റൈകി second level എടുത്ത വ്യക്തിയാണ്. ഏതാണ്ട് 15 വർഷങ്ങൾക് മുമ്പാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം ഞാൻ practice ചെയ്‌തിട്ടില്ല. ഇപ്പോൾ അത് practice ചെയ്യാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു. അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുമോ? ഫലപ്രാപ്തി ലഭിക്കുമോ? ദയവായി മറുപടി നൽകുക

Healing attunement എടുക്കേണ്ടി വരും. ഞാൻ 2001 ൽ Reiki attunement Second level എടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. നല്ല പവർ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു ആ സമയത്ത്. Meditation , self healing തുടങ്ങിയ കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ വേണ്ടത്ര ശ്രദ്ധ കൊടുക്കാഞ്ഞതിനാൽ കുറെ തിരിച്ചടികൾ നേരിടേണ്ടി വന്നു.

There are some sort of meditation in reiki it's part of power cultivation for your chakras it will trigger kundalini
