I struggled throughout last night with severe menstrual cramps (I have endometriosis) up until a little after 3 am. That’s when I put a mix essential oils on my belly and fell back to sleep with this playing. I woke up 4 hrs later with almost no pain and not sleepy. Thank you for your help!!

Yes absolutely I do.. Awesomeness for making energy balls and I find when scanning clients my hands will heat up telling me where energy imbalances are and areas of previous or current injury problems. Get used to it.. You are a healer after all.. Love and Light to all 💞🕯️👪🙏🌠✨Namaste
