Namaste Gayatri mantra should be chanted facing east direction in morning around sunrise time either 21 or 108 times. This is because East is governed by Sun in Astrology and is the source of Life force energy. I am stranded here in India bcos there's NO International flights. I am terribly depressed and sad. I miss my home and family soooo much. I have to survive on very little money and food. I even contemplated suicide. Then i came across this music . I love Reiki and Master Usui. I pray that i find peace to get thru this extremely difficult time in my life.

This is my favorite reiki music I just wish it was for 5 minute intervals it is the most relaxing and soothing I have listened to. I just move my positions after 2 bells giving me 6 minutes....Lovely!

Thanks sir, i had done reki 1 and reki 2 in February 2002. There is large gap and i was using old audio cassette for the same. I done meditation of only 1 year (2003) and left. Now is want to start once again. Found your meditation music on youtube. Once again thanks for wonderful music. Regards🙏

Helen Diroch Reiki flows when you are grateful for what you have. You can always ask for more But say a heartfelt thanks for each thing you have... maybe you may start asking for less. A sense of 'completion', satisfaction, a " I have all I need in this moment " will keep you at saintly peace instantly ! We are often so stuck in a single sorrow that we overlook the ample things we already have to be happy about. And caution- do not get attached to music, incense, ambience or even a holy place to be grateful ~ and Behold ! Your peace will ALWAYS be with you !

Excellent Video! Excuse me for butting in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you thought about - Tanichael Nonpareil Transcendence (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a great one of a kind guide for unlock the real Ho'oponopono techniques to lead your best life minus the headache. Same here. I did my first atunement back in 2016 Nov, second level reiki in 2017, practised it for couple of months and did give reiki during interviews and travel intermittently. Now back again to continue reiki practice.

I have tried different ways, REIKI I have been doing from 15 years, not regularly though. But whenever I feel weak from inside I do reiki and it empowers me. I have tried Vipassana meditation but it didnt give that energy as Reiki does.
