Thank you for this video. I have always been shy and dealt with social anxiety even when I appear confident. But could you please do a healing for the Ascension Flu/Spiritual Flu. I came down with it after my Reiki session last week, the full moon, and a deep tissue massage on Friday. I can already feel the difference with my intuition. It’s strengthening. But these flu symptoms like congestion, loopy feeling where my third eye is opening, dry cough and pressure on the right side of my brain is unpleasant. I’m drinking tons of water but the symptoms persist. If you could do a video for the Ascension Flu I’d be so grateful.

Hi Tamika, absolutely; you always have the best suggestions. I just got back in town today from California; I was at a spiritual retreat all weekend where deep healing was taking place & I had a few similar symptoms the first day. I’ll definitely do a session in the next few days as I get settled. Deep healing will definitely bring these things on as the body purges and detoxes of outdated patterns- not always fun but the other side is so worth it! Take amazing care of yourself during this time 😊💎🫶🏽
