About energy transmission

My name is Liz and I really enjoy what this gives to me. Peace of mind, More love than one can examine. A change in my mind, body and soul. My husband joins me in this and loves everything about this.... I am now having our daughter and teaching our 4 year old granddaughter to do this and she puts in her own headphones holds mom's hands and does what we do.... she is amazing and this shows that at any age we can learn to love and let go. She is amazing. Thank you for this has made a difference not only in our lives but in our families lives. We listen every night before the Granddaughter goes to bed and she sleeps much better as do we all.

Serious question - I found you months ago and I love your mediations. I've always had a hard time meditating but with yours it comes easily! Now I have a new issue - I end up falling asleep before it's over, no matter how awake I was before! You think I'm still getting the benefits or should I redo them?

I fall asleep, to some of hers, too. Your Subconscious mind's, Always listening and taking it in. I believe, this is how it works, as with hypnosis. I use ear buds and I place a folded, lil white towel, over my eyes. I get completely comfortable and sometimes, too comfy. It feels so wonderful. I then, fall asleep. I get the same benefits, as when listening, awake. I hope I'm correct. I use hypnosis for Healing, weekly, and my friends do Reiki, distant. They tell me this is true. Hopefully that helps you 🙏 💖
