My husband hospitalized in cghs empanelled hospital and total bill is 50000 , iam central government employee, i got reimbursement of 23000. Should i claim tax exemption 15000 on reimbursement, under which section can i claim in itr

Yes ! Employer will get deduction for the amount paid to the Employee as being in the nature of Salary paid !
