Try switching sides, funny thing I wave dash better on right and electric better on left. But switching sides and forcing yourself helps you master timing and feel. Also makes you comfortable when side switching I play exclusively Mishimas and have had a good electric since tekken 5, good luck

@SwiftBandit23 it is not a bad idea to practice how to play on both side.

Hw2 can't hit grounded foe

The combo is a bit inconsistent against smaller characters. skip the last df1. Do SEN1+2 right after f23f is better.

I think with that combo if your delay sen 1+2 long enough it should work at least it does for me

@@thatpersoneveryoneknowsbut7533 Thanks, it works at times but kind of inconsistent so not for me I guess. Will use something more consistent with 1 hit less when facing smaller characters.

We can communicate in Chinese if you want to. Regarding the question, you can skip the df2 right after sen3, which will make it more consistent against smaller character. Reina combos have some hit box issues to smaller char, so skip a hit is the only solution.

@@RiverNileHK 啊哈哈是這樣嗎、謝謝您的體諒、不過我沒在用dc 、可能有問題的話還是這邊問您比較多、因為擔心少一個動作傷害就少了一些、但不知道是不是需要補一個側步調整位置什麼的、有時候就容易漏掉、而且是不管大型還是小型角色都有可能漏掉、有點苦惱。

@@RiverNileHK看過另外一個版本第二下用b3來接的、傷害雖然一樣但是你的這個版本比較容易帶到牆壁、所以還是比較喜歡您的這個版本

The full combo will whiff on females(smaller characters)sometimes Skip the last df1 do sen1+2 right out of f2,3f.

Did you do the just frame version. Just always have higher dmg.

@@RiverNileHK I'm averaging 27-28 frames between the end of the first d/f+2 and the start of the ewgf, is that too slow?

@pwnjob are you doing that with a female opponent? Some of her combos are inconsistent against smaller character

@@RiverNileHK Thanks for the replies, I was able to hit it after changing to a male opponent and also just inputting ewgf faster. It appears I need to start the ewgf at 24 frames or faster between the last d/f+2.

Her ewgf has smaller hit box compare to other. It is harder for her to hit 3 ewgf. As I said, 3 ewgf combo is not necessary

@@RiverNileHK yeah but even 2 ewgf into f2 doesnt hit for me :D, I just use the simpler combos for now with only 1 ewgf!

You did the Ewgf too late. 2 ewgf to f2 should be her staple. Just need to practice a bit harder

@@RiverNileHK I think I have it now, it doesnt even need to be perfect, just no delay between EWGFs, I was doing a natural delay waiting for the first to complete, instead i should be buffering the next... thank you!

Tap df in HW, she will start wavedash. Then tap u to cancel WD. Hold back as soon as possible so that you can block sooner after HW

Yeah, same with Yoshi and some other female characters like Xiaoyu, in that case use Sen! 2 instead, for like 1-2 less damage, but at least it lands

Maybe you can switch to other characters and learn other basic Tekken skill first like punishment movements then back to her later. I should do better with a short break. She is not easy for freshman.

man that combo does not work on characters like xiao yu that had a small hitbox :(

Yeah, I use staple most of the time. But at least I know which combo to use in any circumstances.

How though I'm new to Tekken and I been landing these even on people who destroy me in lobby matches
