If you wanna check out the video of how I get my life together:
• 7 Tips to get your lif...
So, I quit my job. In the third episode of my self reinvention journey, I talk about how reinventing myself is actually harder than I thought and making real changes in life that challenge fear is emotionally painful.
Getting out of my comfort zone is the hardest thing for me to do, it takes self-discipline, self-awareness, assuming a scary risk. For many years I tried to stop procrastination with motivation, and worked on my self improvement, but it's not until you make different life decisions, that real change begins to take place.
As I need to get my life together, this is a visual essay of my life in Norway and what I am going through at this very moment! I hope that you will enjoy it and let me know in the comments what ideas you have to beat once and for all that comfort zone and start living the life of our dreams.
I appreciate you! See you in the next video!
Here’s the next episode / part 2:

Cristina did you really edit this yourself? Just outstanding, it was very well done. It reminded me of Casey Neistat, and as an editor, I can only imagine how much work this took. If you continue to make videos like this, you will grow very quickly. Very happy for you to have done such excellent work!

Thank you, Jo, for such a nice feedback! Thank you!!! Yep, I edited every second myself, just finding the right music was like 3 days in addition to the editing. I did take inspiration from various KZfaqrs, and wanted to combine many elements I learned from them, so that I can practice the craft, and in time develop my own video making/editing style.

Dear Cristina, You have more courage than most, the strength to question and attempt change but perhaps be less critical of yourself and reflect upon your strength and achievements .. You describe an honest human attempt to find authenticity.. it’s not easy.

Love your humour! One cure for eating bad but tasty food? Maybe you get what ive got: parosmia. 1 year after losing my smell and taste senses after a flu (made possible by catching covid a year beforeto lay the foundation) i can only smell and taste mildew. Lost 20lbs simply because coffee (something I love and drank every day) and all foods taste like mould. Only negative? Yiu can't smell the roses or the fertile soil and forests of beautiful Norway.

From what I have seen, you are attractive, intelligent and a hard worker - but you seem to have some problems with self-esteem. I am unable to properly identify with your situation as I never had that kind of problems, but I am looking forward to following your progress. Don't ask me why, but I have a lot of faith in you eventually breezing through whatever perceived problems you have. The society you live in will certainly not be a hindrance!

Christina this one is for you Our Deepest Fear By Marianne Williamson Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness That most frightens us. We ask ourselves Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small Does not serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking So that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, As children do. We were born to make manifest The glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; It's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, Our presence automatically liberates others.
