I promise I'm not trying to be hateful, but this whole segment was SOOO cringe-inducing. Even aside from the ridiculous request of getting breast implants ON HER HEAD, being constantly sexually explicit and "shocking" is NOT a "personality." Especially with people you have never met before in what is supposed to be a professional setting. Honestly, being that sexually explicit/aggressive and borderline harassing is more of a personality trait of toxic men, not women. If she does ever seek out the therapy she clearly needs for other things (I repeat, she wanted breast implants on her HEAD), she needs to work on that internalized misogyny.

She's really pretty, her nose is really cute for her face, a tiny nose barely existing and freakish head deformity that is self inflicted just so she can have a specific hair look is wild.. like shes already gorgeous what is the point. A wig is cheaper, safer, and removable. If she wants a smaller nose she should use make up.

I understand why there is always one case that the Surgeons say no to in every episode, which I guess, is to try to keep things light hearted and more entertaining. Its quite clear, that most of these types are on Botched just to be on TV. It's a bit of an insult to the viewers intelligence (and Terry and Paul) that there is a hope in hell, that they would ever consider opperating on them.
