Love, love, love Greece! My top tip is to work out the top three things you want to see or do in every city or town you visit and focus on them. You don’t need to rush around trying to see everything - you won’t! You will actually see much more of a city just walking around.

So wonderful that you were able to fully enjoy your trip by practicing being mindful and present. The practice of such concepts as these is truly powerful, right?! My mother recently passed away, and your practice of being present while with your mother warmed my heart.

Ohhh I loved this video! I live in Athens but really enjoyed seeing it from the eyes of a happy visitor… you! So glad that you and your mum had such a lovely time! Too bad Vouliagmeni Lake was closed, but you know that means… that y’all just have to come back! I actually started a KZfaq channel a few months ago and film in and around Athens every week, so I can guarantee that there’s so much more to see and enjoy :)
