Sir i have a doubt...in definition of related party there is a point of "kmp or his relative" and in the example - Mukesh Ambani(dir.), Anil Ambani (Kmp), Sanyog Sir(Manager)above... in the definition of kmp, manager is also included so Does Sanyog Sir will also come under "kmp or his relative" ??

No both are different Concepts. A Company can have a Manager or a Managing Director.

Sir can a company sell or gift its property to a director? if can then what is the compliance the company have to maintain. ? Sir I would be very grateful if you could reply.🙏

Selling a property to one of its director is not a problem but it should be done in ordinary course of business with arms length basis. That means two related parties deals in such a way that it seems to be unrelated parties. Gifting a property to the director is always questionable
