Because EVERYONE sets a camera up to watch a boring example of an exercise the person has probably done a million times before LOL. Isn't it "lucky" that these cameras "just happen" to be there and videoing perfect shots of these last-second decisions and acts by people for us to laugh at??? Not to mention how often the lighting is just perfect as well for a "happenstance" video LOL.

@@Spark-In-The-Dark After seeing too many "accidents" of people using bands for any sort of exercise, I would NEVER use them. I had rotator cuff surgery a few years back and they wanted me to do my "at home" rehab exercises using bands. I never even took the bands out of the bag they came in LOLOLOL.
