Wonderful thank you. Love the image of a cable pulling us taller. I’ve recently been improving my posture with three reminders- long neck, high chest, hips under ribs. I feel so much more engaged and in control of my core and I can’t wait to try some of these breathing exercises standing on the shores of Lake Michigan. Greetings from Milwaukee!

Thank you!! I started as a massage therapist in 1993 and maintained my interest in soft tissue work throughout my chiropractic education and career. Added in cranial work and even energy work and neuro-emotional work for a few years before the evolution brought me to the work as it appears today. As with many of my peers, my interests were influenced by doctors I had seen, healing experiences I had, and teachers and authors I admired.

Heck yeah sternal lift video part 2 The stuff about being aware and separating neck movement from upper torso movement in this video and the neck stretch video work really well!

Pelvic floor therapy, adjustments to lower lumbar, sacral and coccyx if needed, and work to the hips and groin can all help. Especially trigger point work to the pelvic floor. Very delicate and sensitive work, but effective.

I was just wondering if you had any techniques or exercises to alleviate tinnitus. I tried accupuncture to no avail. Thanks!
