Well my last 2 babies have settled in at uni.all 5 left home. Feeling really emotional and empty. I follow f1 intensely and travel to as many races as I can, luckily I do legal work for one of the teams so even though it’s work I’m a massive fan , I also I’m glad I have my 3yr old grandson to keep me busy but I’ve Realised empty nest is very real. And I’m glad for yours and zoe vlogs xx

Love your vlogs. As an F1 fan of 23 years definitely worth watching. The netflix show Drive to Survive does exaggerate things for the drama but a lot of people have started watching f1 because of it.

Hey Alfie, just wanted to say that some of those books that you read I did get my hands on in the past. They really are a fantastic read and it’s always grounding to have a realistic novel to realate to. Oh and that breakfast is lush I would love to be able to say that I had the time on my hands to indulge in a breakfast like that but parenthood really has taken away all my time however I wouldn’t change that for the world ❤️ Just wanted to say, always keep going and stay strong I know fatherhood can throw so much and so many challenges at you but your doing so well. It’s so hard when there’s no book of answers for you to keep by your side but your doing fantastic. Keep you head up x

I’d do everything to go and be at the track I can’t imagine the feeling of actually being there. I’ve been following the whole sport for 15 years now and I can’t imagine a life without it.

I really think that if you watch Drive To Survive you'll really start liking F1. I always felt like I was supposed to be into Formula 1 too but i never got it, so many differente rules, etc... but now i'm just obsessed with it lol every race week is sort of a happy week (even tho i'm a Ferrari fan lol)

I started watching it with my grandpa, who's sadly not with us anymore 😢. I live in Uruguay and the closest F1 circuit I have is in Brazil but is totally out of my budget. Hope you get the chance to experience one race, I would love to! I watch not just the race but the free practices on Friday, the qualifying on Saturday , and the actual race on Sunday.
