skin is just an organ like your heart or kidney, if a doctor tells you this is damaged please eat this more to fix it its the same with y our skin you shouldn't be embarrassed just try your best to take care of it:)

I'm studying to be an esthetician and it's very interesting to compare how facials are done in Korea! There's lots of similarities with the massage movements etc. Normally when we put a mask on we usually provide a hand and arm massage for our clients.
