Yess, a new video! I meant to comment last night, but it was so good it put me right to sleep. I can't overstate my love for this series-- it's so unique. I alternate between ASMR and meditation videos myself, and I'm glad I'm not alone! Positive affirmations with music is the perfect sort of hybrid work for me.
