Whenever I try to do something out of my comfort zone and end up not doing it, I always fell into depression. Then I’d be happy and motivated by thinking “im gonna change” and then the cycle would repeat itself, I’d get depressed. But I can truthfully say that once I listened to this and learnt about meditation and what not, I felt so empowered by strengthening my mind. And still to this day, meditation has helped me achieve many things. So to anyone who scrolls through the comments and sees this and is in the position I was in. Don’t give up, it will take time, but eventually you will arrive where you want to be

Hiya today I wanna write about my feelings after I listened this video. I can say it is the greatest video for me.as you know when I listen it was remained me to the previous time went I had 14 years old that time I really enjoyed with my friends and also my family as well. As I remembered that when had rain I play with my friend I run on the road I sing a song i swam in a pool moreover I flew a kites however I made me happy every day.and then I never thought about my future I never care something or someone he blamed me.time is flying I think that is just a moment.i can say life just a dream for us ❤if I write wrong am I sorry for it. 😅
