Im pretty new to photography. When taking pics like these do you use AF or MF also do you take pics in raw?

in pics like that since you cant really set up the shot you use af but mf can be used too. the g7 has the option to shoot raw+jpeg so im assuming that since you get both files

I shoot in raw, to get more information out of the photo in the editing process and use AF most of the time 📸

Thank you! I shoot in manual or in aperture priority. For editing I use Lightroom. In the future I'll make videos about it!

Ciao, sono un neofita della fotografia e, a parte congratularmi per i tuoi video cosi rilassanti, mi son fatto forza e coraggio per chiederti qualche consiglio, volevo provare a fare un po di foto in strada ma, andando full manuale non riesco, ho notato che sei nella modalità A (aperture, credo?, perdona l'ignoranza), volevo quindi chiederti per il resto, come ti comporti? gli iso sono in auto? cosi come il focus?. Ho la tua stessa fotocamera (g7) per questo chiedo.. grazie infinite per il tempo che mi dedicherai, ed anche per un eventuale risposta

Davvero bravo! Anch'io uso una fotocamera MFT (Olympus omd em10 II) e ti consiglio di dare un'occhiata all'obiettivo panasonic lumix 20mm f1.7 :) PS seguito su ig!
