Just about every other year I find myself coming back to this game, been playing it again and again for over a decade at this point, enjoying every moment with these characters and in these worlds, it's really something special.

I never heard before of this game till the beginning of the year when a work friend told me of, I'm loving playing in the ps2 !

this was a really fun game. battle system was ahead of its time but still well implemented and the art style was excellent.

I played RG in 2009 or so. At the time, I didn't expect anything at all from it, as it was a new franchise and I was looking for something to sink my teeth into until the next FF would be released. Now I have only good memories of this game. It has elevated itself as one of the best RPG experiences I ever had. Everything about it is inspired, fun, clever, such a complete piece of work. And of course, the music.

God I loved this game. Such a long, emotional experience. Sure, it's got all the rpg and anime tropes you can think of, but it never tried to be anything different and in that it succeeded. Excellent soundtrack also.

Played this as a young child approximately 9-10. Then I played it as a 22 year old. And wow. Still love it!

I didn't expected that I played this game in years of 14 near or above 15. I played this along with Persona 4 and others JRPG. So sad that the disc of mine is now broken.

I bought two pirated copies of it and both stopped working around the middle point in the story, where the second layer of the double-layer DVD was supposed to start. I was around 18-19 at the time. It was such a huge bummer and I since dreamt about buying a functioning version and completing the game. About a year or so (I'm 32 now) ago I finally bought it on PSN and I can't describe how dissapointed I was. I always thought that after the desert (the point where the game glitched and stopped the progression for me twice) the game would unravel into this huge adventure around the galaxy, but it was only a couple of extremely grindy uninspired locations and insanely cliche anime ending with every plot detail realised through some abstract magical term, that the devs don't bother to explain. It's not a bad game by any means and it was hella intriguing back when it was relevant, but it didn't age well and involves a LOT of grind, like many Level5 titles do, by the way. The music is still great, especially the theme that plays when you're on your ship. Thanks for the compilation!

I liked the game a lot! I know it would be a little rude to post it here... but the only part I didn´t really like of it, was the music... Sometimes it gave me headaches lol
