Ahhh, this music is great for sleeping and all but I've had it on loop all night because it helped my panic attack, 100% recommend if ur having anxiety and then u can just get deep into thoughts and close ur eyes and imagine anything, it's nice :)

Omg this playlist has been the most successful at clearing my thoughts and putting me to sleep. It’s the right amount of rain and music balance for me. Slow enough for me to not get overwhelmed but still loud enough for me to focus on it but the rain isn’t too harsh either ahhh finally found a good playlist that works well for me. I haven’t been able to sleep without it recently
