I came back here after a year and I'm glad of it. I turned 18 some time ago and my father gave me a book. It was written by my mother, who died 6 years ago. She worked and worked all day without a worry. She soon grew old. She was sad and regretful. Regretting that she never did anything with her life. Regretting she only stayed alone for all this time. Wishing she had found companions and a partner. She soon realized that everyone she ever cared to know forgot about her. Her parents. Her friends. No one knew her. She laid on her bed and waited. Waited for the hooded reaper to come. She was above the clouds. She smiled down on all the ones who ran like her. She urged them to do something with their lives. To not always be lonely. This music just makes me dream of going on an adventure in a fantasy world exploring its far reaches and then settling down somewhere where i spend the rest of my days. i know it will never come true but to just be in peace in a country side basking in the sunlight with a slight gust of wind passing through every now and then is what gets me through the day and is what i want to work towards. このイラスト、田舎にあるおばあちゃんの家を思い出すなぁ。気のせいか、風鈴の音や蚊取り線香とか野焼きの匂いまで感じられる。凄い懐かしい。小中学生の頃、毎年夏休みの１か月は必ずおばあちゃんの家過ごしていた。毎日、従兄弟や地元の子らと蝉とかカブトムシとか蛙とかオニヤンマとか採りに行って大きさや色の綺麗さを自慢し合い、小腹が空けば畑の胡瓜とか西瓜とか取って食べて、思う存分昼寝して、夜にはBBQとか花火して、21時には寝てたなぁ。そして、翌朝、蝉の鳴き声がうるさくて5時には自然に目が覚めて、６時には近所の神社でラジオ体操。このゆっくりした時間をまた過ごしたいな。 　都内の大学を卒業して、周りと同じようになんとなく都内の企業に就職して早10年、平日は残業に追われ、自宅はただ寝るだけの場所で、なんだか慌ただしい時間だけが過ぎてゆく。年が明けたと思ったらすぐに年の瀬。このイラストを見て、この落ち着く音楽を聴いて、今後はしっかり考えて、今の自分の生活を見直そうかなと思いました。 　今、不幸中の幸いなのが、テレワークだったり隔日出勤だったり、コロナ禍で日本の働き方が、社会全体として見直されつつあること。不名誉にも、“Karoshi”（過労死）という言葉を生み出した日本で、みんなで働き方を改革して、コロナ死亡者より桁違いに多い自殺者数や精神疾患者数を減らせたらいいなと願う。

I used to listen to this music 2 years ago when I had important exams and it was a really hard time for me, all my future depends on the scores that I’d get, and luckily I did it, I got high scores and got accepted to the college I always wanted. And then everything ruined, all my hard work is on the edge rn, After I got accepted A lot of bad stuff happened, my life totally changed, everything was getting worse to the point I stopped studying and going to college, I can’t describe how awful everything was, but now I got my hope back, Im still fighting my thoughts and feelings tho, but this is my last chance to change everything, I have important exam and if I fail no college will accept me, I can study now and Im trying my best to not give up to whatever stuff going through my head, this music helped me a lot to stay motivated and strong, whoever might read my comment I really wish u the best with whatever u r dealing with, things might be hard but in the end everything will work out, you went through many bad times and got over them and you will do it again this time sweetie :)💙
