I am a first time dad, and I must say I love that there are so many videos of relaxing music I can play to soothe my 2.5 week old son back to sleep at 2am after a feeding. The videos I used to use to put me to sleep now are here for my boy who is my world

You must have been reading my mind, because this is almost exactly one of my "escape to a safe place" mental scenes I have created to help cope with my C-PTSD. The sound is lush and soothing; the wooded waterfall and turquoise lake are exquisite to view. The only way to improve on this is to be there physically. So marvelous; thank you.

I play games and stream to distract myself from the horrible life I’ve led to this point. Haunted by a childhood of abuse and terrible memories, then taking that into my adult life and hurting people I love. I’ve not been the best person I could be. I like to watch these videos at night to help me slepe. Not because I’m over active. Just because my mind plays tricks on me and reminds me of the abuse I was put through as a child. I don’t like talking about my problems. Nor does anyone know that I’m terribly insecure and worried where my life will lead me. 29, no kids. I have a girl that wants to marry me but no Jon to marry her. I hope you all live a wonderful life. Because for 29 years, my life’s been nothing but hell. Please. Love your family whilst they’re here. Enjoy life whilst you’ve got it, and pease, for the love of god, fuss your cats. I’ll pray for us all tonight. May god bless us with the love we wish for. I'm sorry to all the people I continously let down Sorry, mom, sorry dad, sorry relatives that somewhat cared about me, sorry friends that I probably no longer have, sorry to everyone. I might not show it or communicate it that well, but I'm so deeply sorry to have you down, hurt you, upset you and dissapointed you. I let myself and you guys one too many times. I need to make a change ik saying that I'm sorry doesn't help. Saying I love you and being loved makes me feel so weak and vulnerable it almost makes me uncomfortable. I just can't I can't say it But I love you mom and dad I probably wouldn't have secretly cried, when I was concerned about your health issues, the thought of losing you guys, makes me tear up. I don't want to lose anyone anymore. No more please, not again. I hate to lose people I care about and love deep down. I just can't say it to your face It makes me feel so weird Weak, vulnerable and uncomfortable I rejected your gift for my birthday cause I didn't feel like celebrating, why such a shames birthday should be celebrated am I not a disgrace to you anyways. Loving me is hard, I'm not really that likable. There are a lot of things that I can't explain, express and talk about, but know that i have my own reasons that lie behind the actions that I take, I just can't tell you or anyone else yet. I hope you would understand that one day, I do not hate you or anyone else. It's just I ended up hating myself due to things I'd rather keep to myself. Please forgive me. I am deeply sorry. I sank into deepshit Now it feels like I can't get out of it I can't climb up the grave I dug for myself. It feels and looks too deep. The way upwards is not impossible, but it very hard and difficult to get out of here, this dark place.

well now that made me tear up! UkeWithMe, by reading this, I hear a deeply heartfelt recognition of oneself, your vulnerability, your fear and your love. You know, many families do not use language for their love of each other. Actions such as providing, a roof, a meal, an outing, a gift, an offer to help, serve as symbols of that care and love. The language of love may never become comfortable but may one day be expressed by your own actions of care. I am a mother. I would highly guess that your family understands you more than you realize. I would guess they love and accept you as you are, at this time, regardless of your freedom to outwardly express what makes you feel vulnerable. You'll be fine 😃

Yes I have to agree with the latest person to comment on this video. It is the best for me to meditate to while I go to sleep at night and the music notes just hit the emotional buttons that makes me feel at peace within and I really enjoy the music and the time spent sleeping and listening to it all night long
