Relaxing the Over-Controller - Part I (4/26/2017)
We all have conditioning to do what we can to protect and promote our wellbeing. Our suffering arises to the degree that our life and identity become organized around controlling our experience. These two talks look at the emergence of the fear based “over-controller,” and explore a wise way of witnessing the suffering that comes with over-controlling, and awareness practices that naturally relax and awaken us to our whole and natural Being.

Dear Tara, Good morning from Belgium. I feel SO grateful for being able to listen to your podcasts. This has given me so much insights, it’s been mind blowing. Like you keep on repeating, I love to focus myself much more on pauses as well. Love to keep on listening to your wonderful podcasts. I enjoy the stories and little jokes in between very much too. With lots of gratitude. Christel 🙏🌟💖

this lecture taught and helped me so much overcome the anxiety i feel from being afraid not getting enough money to survive in this culture, living in a house and having the modern day conveniences requires quite a lot of slavery (around 60 yrs from going to school to obtain a paper which gives you acces to job and then if you prostitute yr body mind and soul enough you can get and maybe keep the job if it is not going away by replacement by robot or A I or automation of some sort) What a wonderfull life it is even if we have exploited all natural resources and killing and harvesting the topsoil, trees, and plants and fish and all creatures that can be eaten.
