In today’s video I’m going to take you thrifting into a favorite thrift store of mine and Goodwill too. I will show you some fun and interesting things I saw while thrifting as well as a small haul at the end of the video. I hope this video gives you some "Thrifting Inspiration”! :)

There are beautiful, unique and inexpensive second hand treasures just waiting for you. These items can be found at your local goodwill, Salvation Army and other thrift stores in your area. Thrifting can be a challenge but very rewarding and worth the hunt! Some of my favorite things to thrift for are home décor items, name brand clothing, vintage items and anything unique or handmade!

Those kids rockers were amazing! I would’ve bought those immediately...even just to gift to my family. They were incredibly well made & clearly hand built. Wow. AND pretty much all the furniture was amazing...esp the record console & hamper basket.

I appreciate how you say you are leaving something behind for someone else. It's too easy to buy everything we like vs what we like and need or like and could use... Ending up with too much and resulting in clutter. Love the bamboo salt box!

OMG!!! Loved the old stereo. Nothing but nothing sounds better than an old LP on an old “record player “. I also liked the little wooden cabinet. Hannah’s scrunchie idea was a great one , since I don’t have many scrunchies, I probably would use it for keys. Thanks for letting us tag along on your thrifting trip, enjoyed it as usual!!

Love that cute little wooden box . Your Thift Store is really nice . Like some of those items that u were showing. Those POP 's are so cute . I collected lots of them . We went to one of our Thift Store today . My husband found a T-shirt for him self . I found some 5 old books I just feel in love with. 1st one is made in 1963 it's,a classic story book with two stores one on the front is The Wizard of OZ then flip it over it's the Jungle Book Story By Frank Baum . It's very beautiful and old the spine is falling off but I still love reading it. (Didn't know it was scrible until I took it home😥but I still keep it and read it .)2 book is a small pocket size Hand Book of the Banks of Chicago through the Chicago Evening Post made in July 1930 .3 rd book is a very old cook book copy right in 1930 open it up inside the cover are some old writing of recipes very fainted also one grocery list inside of it and a recipe tored out from a magazine.the recipe inside of the book some of it came off when I was trying gentle to remove the price sticker off to read the recipe .,book 4 is a big book it's a Smith Sonian Book Image of America A Panorama of History in Photographs . From 1800's plus hubby and I look through it . Told my husband maybe some one might got a snap shot of my dad's grandparents when they were coming over to U S when they were on the boat . Last book is a murderer mistry Made in 1962& 1963 Perry Mason & Della Street are the two main people in the book it's called The Case of the Mischievous Doll .it look like it had some damage to it but it's still a good book. The wooden bowl. My goodness I'd made that fit in my decor somehow. In my kitchen I have wood handle utensils and wooden spoons so it would fit in a little. The sofa and chair looked as if both had never been sat on. Beautiful older furniture. The one thing I would have picked up was the lil green crooked bud vase. Fall decor it would have been a beauty, sitting with a small basket and small pumpkin or some fall decor to that effect.Msyne even just w s framed photo. Thank you for taking me along on your trip thrifting. I didn't even grab an umbrella. Lol. It has rained in Tn.for days now. Oh except for yesterday. Was very nice and sunny out on my laundry day. Hannah acted very happy with those collectables. Who knows to gamers or whatever kind. Those maybe worth money when she is my age.Im guessing when in store, weren't to cheap now. The salt bamboo box(bowl) loved it. My house is older and w all this rain damp so I'm always afraid of using anything w/out a seal. Sometimes even out chip bowl fails us. Living in old fixer uppers has many down falls. Like no closets. Lol. See ya next trip,bye bye for now. Tell Hannah it was nice to see her happy face pop up at the end. Hehe

Like the bamboo salt holder you bought. I collect cobalt glass so may have picked up one f those pieces and definitely would have bought the wooden bowl as well as the one you shwed in your last video. If I didn't find a use for it myself would have given as a gift holding something delectable.

Not a thrift find but I found an old entertainment center on the curb. I pulled over and grabbed just the shelf. Turns out the width is perfect and only had to cut a few inches off the back. Its now an extra shelf for my 20 year old computer desk. Fake wood grain matches close!!!!

The small dish with matching spoon is a mayonnaise bowl and would of had a matching under plate, back in the old days they had a piece of china for everything. Too much work for me. 😊

My favorites were the bird with the long legs (a stork?) and the ceramic cats. They looked like Laurel Burch to me but the mark said something else from what I could see. I love critters, can you tell? 😀

I just love it too Susan, I actually saw it in one of my KZfaqrs that I watch vlog, I thought oh wow that would be nice to have one of those....and then boom a week later I find one at the thrift store. 😂👍☺️
