Creasey the amount of foam on the window i was taught foam means too much soap! one little drop for easy glide,, and i like how he cleans the edges first!! He seems good at it though!! its just i learned it differently! but good to see other ways aren't so wrong and work well too..

C’est très bien de nettoyer l’encadrement, afin de passer la raclette et de ne rien laisser sur le bord. Par contre il faut tourner la poignée et pas le bras et les épaules reste fixe ainsi que le coude reste en bas et ne remonte jamais. C’est mon métier depuis 25 ans sur corde nacelle Etc. etc.

You need to hold it at an angle. Left to right, front side leads. Top to bottom, left side leads as you go left to right.
