Literally spent hours searching for a fan sound video that wasn’t that weird artificial like almost static sound. This one actually sounds like a real fan! I actually play this at .75 speed to make it sound more like my fan at home. I’m so used to sleeping with a fan it’s not even about the white noise, I’ve just Pavlov’d myself into needing it lol

I've tried various noise and relaxation channels, I can honestly say that this version of fan is perfectly suited those of us who have developed a requirement for background noise. I only recently was discharged from a 7day hospital stay, I was continuously hooked to monitors and IV's and had lab work constantly drawn... you can't get in a more uncomfortable position! I used this particular video and slept like a baby. Enough said.

I can almost never fall asleep unless there is some sort of noise in the back ground. If there’s silence I start to hear this ringing noise that gets louder and louder and then quiets down then get louder again . It’s not tinnitus. I don’t know what it is but It’s happened since childhood for me

This sound is very nostalgic for me, I remember when I was 5/6 years old my father forced us me, my brothers and my cousins to have a nap so like that we don't go to play under that burning sun during hot summer days, we were like 6 to seven people everywhere in our grandma's room. The only sound you hear was this fan sound and my dad's snoring when I wake up suddenly before every body. LEGACY.

I need this to block out the sounds of the city at night and my loud upstairs neighbors. Works like a charm!!

@Doppelganger D I wish you the best of luck with that!! I know the first floor was a gamble for me. I did tell them to please put a carpet down and it helped a little.
