If we investigate patterns of emotional suffering or “stuckness,” we’ll discover that under our pain is a fear based belief. Until these beliefs are brought into the light of compassionate awareness, they control and confine our lives. This talk reviews key steps of inquiry and mindfulness that help us realize the freedom that comes with awakening from the grip of beliefs.

Beautiful. I've only in the last 2 years woke up. You're an amazing teacher. Hard to live in our world once you know this. My daughter has dyslexia, to see her rejected has been hard. I keep reminding her of her enoughness. Thank you for this beautiful talk.❤️

This means a lot to me. Thank you for putting this out here. In trying to re-create my relationship with myself or learn to be kind to myself and become aware of my negative inner dialogue and limiting beliefs, I often draw a blank and say wait now what am I supposed to be saying to myself that is kind right now? lol I just don’t know where to start and usually just throw out a few generic positive affirmations at best .. so this really helps me to have a formula of how to dialogue with things. I’m so glad I stumbled across your videos. This is greatly appreciated.

This lady's voice is so ASMR. She combines the spiritual ie Rupert Spira Eckhart Tolle and she adds another dimension of practical advice and support., as she has the psychotherapy experience angle.

i would love to see this lecture translated into other languages. This body of work, is so valuable, and we have to strengthen our world, by at least creating inclusivity with respect to our privileged platform, of utube, vimeo, etc, etc. Languages, now can be auto interpreted, and we are beholden, and graced with these tools, to understand reality, and wouldn't it be beautiful to share this with those in Nepal, New Delhi, Caracas, Istanbul, Madrid, Bangkok, Don't we want to talk to these people? Yes, I say yes! And arabic too!

doing TM correctly most of this is understood and do not need to learn any more info. it creates complete knowledge with gentle lovibg action and good activities.when Being is present most of the time any action is a blessing for all concerned.

But I’m ugly and that’s the truth because others see that it is the truth so do I have to change the belief that I’m ugly or just change the beliefs that I’m not good enough and everyone hates me because of the way I look
