Dude, amazing video. Thank you for this. As someon who is not from the USA but wants to do the Triple Crowns, this will likely never be possible (to do it in one year, max visa is 6 months in a year), so being able to watch it from halfway across the world is great.

Still can't believe we crossed paths last year in The Sierra Nevada near 1000 Island Lake while i was crossing a tree bridge and you were on the other side. Me going SoBo on a 3 day shakedown hike while you are obviously going NoBo. I didn't even know it was you till i got home watching more PCT videos and stumbled on your channel.

I wore seal skinz waterproof socks, that helped a lot in keeping feet warm

I had most of my gear taken care of, I spent about 17k on food/lodging/travel. Not sure on future plans!

The AT videos are shot on a Sony A6300, I edit on trail with inshot and editing these on my computer with Davinci resolve.

Not anything specific but it's not complicated. Nitecore 20k external battery to keep my phone charged on trail then charge that up along with my camera batteries whenever I'm in a town.

This guy is a real hiker. Unlike many Gen Z KZfaqrs who make Grandma Gatewood roll over in her grave. There’s that Hostel Hopper from New Hampshire who cried about a guy snoring in a hostel. Selling expensive camping gear using affiliate links and the girl hates camping and says she wants to hostel hop the whole AT. Then this guy comes along and shows Gen Z what the AT is all about. HYOY. But if you ain’t hiking, take a hike. And hostel hopping every night don’t count.
