Art Therapy uses the creative process of art making to improve and enhance well-being, and you don’t need to be an artist to benefit from it! It can provide a safe and healthy outlet to express, explore, and understand emotions. Join us virtually to connect you to your creativity through an anxiety and stress relief exercise. Bonnie Walchuk MA, LMFTA, ATR, and Kim McAndrews, MA, LMHCA, ATR-P, Art Therapists at the Swedish Cancer Institute, will provide an introduction to art therapy and guide us through an exercise aimed at helping any adults experiencing anxiety and stress. No art supplies or previous art experience is necessary. All are welcome.
