Hurricane Beryl became the earliest storm in the Atlantic ocean to reach Category 5 intensity. Beryl not only broke this record but dealt devastating damage to multiple Caribbean island nations, Mexico and parts of the United States. Beryl will be remembered as a one of it's kind.

@Black_VoidXx Ай бұрын
@@namento45_yt I actually think opposite, but fair point. Recon found 163kt FL and 164kt SFMR, which when converted would solidify 175mph analysis. Thus, if the NHC don’t change Beryl to 175mph, they’ll likely have to give us reasoning to why not, otherwise they’ll be deflecting the truth. With the 928mb, this is possible. I’d say anything in the range of 928-932mb. However, the best estimate imo is 930mb, avoiding extrapolating the data but rather supporting it with confirmed data instead.

@@namento45_yt given it was both flight level and surface level, it’s highly unlikely it was contaminated, especially given it also wasn’t flagged as being contam either. We also saw a pressure drop to around 928mb extrap* on this pass, along with eye warming and structural improvement. 175mph 928-932mb for sure imo. It could also be said that Jova was somewhere between 175-185mph using Dvorak and satellite estimates, but the NHC avoided the upgrade due to no recon evidence (we assume). However, in our case this time, Beryl did thankfully have recon evidence which showed its true intensity 😃

Dude just about every hurricane throughtout all the years have formed near guinea bissau and/or dissapated near southern canada warm waters and no wind shear allowing these storms to form, and a strong high pressure keeping the storms so far south and steering them west till they reach the americas and the weakened high pressure allows them to go north
