So that I can make these videos available, I need to state that you must take responsibility for your own well-being if you choose to tap along. While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. I am not a doctor, and the information presented here is not intended to replace appropriate treatment by a physician or mental health professional. EFT is still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting it, we cannot claim that it is risk-free. I am unaware of anyone experiencing negative side effects from using these videos, but different people require different care, and depending on a number of variables, it is possible you could uncover deeper issues within the process that this video is not able to address. It is recommended that you consult a qualified health practitioner prior to using this technique.
That being said, I hope you will enjoy this video and find it beneficial, and that you will share it with others.
This is certainly not intended to be a comprehensive handling of the subject -- I can only cover so much in 5-10 minutes...! I'm also not working with you personally to address specific individual issues. Hopefully, though, it will help you address the issue enough that you can experience greater freedom to live the life you really desire and deserve. For further support, I encourage you to check out the other offerings available from myself and other EFT practitioners, including workshops and private sessions. For more information about tapping, as well as a ton of great resources to help you live your best life possible, please visit: www.tapwithbrad.com
This is only my way of using the process, rather than what might be called official EFT.

I have never understood why when I’m trying to get to sleep, or walking alone or even in the shower, my mind will suddenly throw out memories of hurtful, painful events. Some are 50 years old. Now I have a tap for that!

I directed this to my whole life rather than one particular event. And it really helped, thank you. It's all too easy to keep ruminating, to stay feeling down and hurt. This tapping feels like it can create a space to accept what was and to bring something different to the whole, to grow, to add something new 🙏.

I really hate how the human brain seems to be wired to remember the hurtful events in life but, never the fun, laugh your a** off, good times you have with friends or family. What seems to stick with us more are the ones that hurt the most. Thanks for yet another great timing tap. I needed this to let go of those sucky events in life.

This obsessive thinking of painful and traumatic events needs a deep transformative process of letting go. Still i'm working on it. Your today's message is very important to me. Thanks a lot for this helpful tapping session Brad. Warm blessings to you.🌹🌺🌼 By the way, i love that you are indoors again, the atmosphere is concentrated and intimate.

Thank you, I really needed this. I watched my dad pass away several months ago and I have been reliving it every day since, it’s like my brain just needed to keep replaying it even though it was the worst event of my life. Thank you for all of the statements about why our brains replay those things, I found it very helpful and it brought a lot of tears. I’m saving this so I can return to it on hard days. Thank you.

I’m trying this for a traumatic event where my young son suddenly fell down unconscious with a seizure. It was absolutely terrifying. He has diabetes since he was two years old but this has never happened before. We monitor his bg levels and he has a pump so this wouldn’t happen but yet it did. At the time I kept it together called the ambulance and saw to that he had his airways free and did everything I should. He went to the hospital and he was fine after some time. So thankful for that❤️ But I’m still scared because now I’m aware this can happen anytime with no warning. And I feel so tired and sad so I think the trauma and emotions stuck inside my body. Because it is like a video on repeat in my head and body of what happend and I see it in my minds eye. Wondering what I could have done differently so he wouldn’t have to endure that. Diabetes is hard enough to live with 24/7. I’m even disappointed at universe/God that didn’t give me a sign or felt it intuitively that something was wrong. Hope this helps🙏 EDIT: this really helps! I tapped by myself and it didn’t help much, but when I tapped with Brad it made a difference. I could calm my nervous system, felt less stressed. Still a bit sad and tired but I realized I did have divine help. That’s how we got through this and my son is now healthy and feeling fine❤️ due to the grace of god/universe/angels the ambulance came quickly, I was nearby and knew what to do and was given the strength to do it and most importantly my son recovered with help from the ambulance staff and doctors at the hospital. I also loved the wording that even though it was hard we pulled through and if it happen again we know we can handle it. Thank you sincerely Brad🙏❤️ for your words, warmth and sincerity.

Yup yup yup….great one my friend, and divine timing! I’m right in the middle of refocusing my attention and energy at work and my thoughts about work so these sucky events don’t keep sucking out my power! What’s sucking my power is not the highlight replays, but the rehearsal and fantasizing of the smart-ass comebacks I would say to my co-worker if I wasn’t taking the higher road. Taking back my thoughts and processing the resentment 🥰

This was right on target, thank you Brad. As I was tapping, something occurred to me.....perhaps society encourages us to remember these events, commemorating events like Pearl Harbor and 9/11 (which carries the slogan "Never Forget'). It's not just here, the Japanese commemorate the bombing of Hiroshima, too. Just pondering out loud.......

Absolutely, because it is easy to control people who are in a state of perpetual fear and if we are not in fear “they” create a fake fear. Brad has plenty of videos on fear 😂 I think they are calling it mass formation Psychosis. Plenty of videos around on that but you don’t have to be a victim of it, all you have to do is throw away your television. There is a meme of someone asking an Amish man why they don’t have COVID and his reply is that they don’t have televisions 😂 I have just bought a grounding/earthing mat as it reduces cortisol among other things and it is helping a lot with anxiety. I would rather be walking barefoot on a sunny beach but in Central London, I don’t think so! ☀️ 🌞

@@tumbleweeduk7479 Agreed. I got rid of TV in 2009, have lost interest in radio, newspapers, magazines.....I figure that if there is something I need to know, someone will tell me. :) Sunny beach sounds nice, we have a short, sandy beach along a river here in Idaho, but it's a bit too chilly to enjoy it right now. Earthing is an excellent practice, barefoot in the grass, in the warmer seasons. :)

Are you ok> fighting off a cold or experiencing repetitive thoughts-? thank you for this session my friend- much needed & appreciated-Although my beloved mother passed almost four years ago I am reminded daily of her struggle which included hiding my dad's dementia for as long as possible from her children. We thought she was micromanaging because that was part of her persona- - Even though my father lives a plane ride away- I speak with him daily- which triggers so much sadness and memories. It is my duty as his eldest daughter to remind him every day/night that he is loved.
