It's all about Ornn and Ksante support. 112 on Ornn w/ 52%, and 207 on Ksante w/ 50%. I duo w/ my son who mains Yasuo adc.

You had me questioning myself hard when you said you thought you could solo rumble in the jungle, I never played rell but I thought I remember you saying a couple months ago that that they heavily nerfed rells damage to kill off the jungle rell a bit

Nobody else is nearby and they would die to minions by the time someone can walk there.

I feel like Rell used to be good, but it wasn’t fun to play. Has this changed? Do people just like winning more than fun? I don’t feel like her kit has changed.

They gave her a full mid scope update. They made her passive more usable and less frustrating, added a stun to her Q, changed how her move speed functions on W, and gave her a completely new E. She was really hard to make work before these changes and there was little room for error, because your only engage was telegraphed and got you killed if you missed. So yeah, her kit changed, probably for the better, and she’s actually usable now. And that’s with me liking old Rell.

W mounting up has a cooldown. W mounting down has a cooldown, essentially two different abilities that both get value from CDR

@@i0kiPlus Rell's W has two different spells yes, but you cannot cast mount up while dismount is on CD and vice versa, they share the same cooldown (the spells are just alternating). This is like saying that Hwei gets triple the amount from ability haste because he has 3 spells in each slot, but this is not true because the 3 spells share the same CD. Champs that truly double dip into AH are Nidale/Jayce/Elise, champs that can cast a spell, go into another form and cast another spell on the same slot essentially having 2 spells ticking on CD in 1 slot at a time, again unlike Rell. Otherwise, good vid :)
