Let that not deter you from relocating. I’m in my senior too, lived and worked abroad and the worst mistake I ever did was coming back. I’m now working my ways to exit as things are getting worse here by the day. Don’t narrow your search to one country. Look for options and more so places you can easily find visa as a Kenyan. Start now, you never know, all the best

Learn German Atleast to level B1. Have your education documents certified. Have your education documents recognized in Germany by ZAB. Look for a Job online or get the JobSeeker Visa to look for a job in DE.
