respected madam if rescission means cancellation then why there are two separate list of sections for rescission(sec 27 to sec 30) and cancellation(31 to 34) in specific relief act 1963 expecting your valuable reply, regards

She used in general terminology.. if u r law related person..#recession #the court shall void the contract between the parties..may revoke also depending upon the situ
