It's so sad that cancer got a hold of her. She was a beautiful young woman with a beautiful smile. Again my sincere condolences to her family. It's too bad that she couldn't have found a loving wonderful man to marry and had kids. She would have been a wonderful mother. May missed Doherty rest in peace now. It's heartbreaking that she married a man who wasn't capable of keeping his vows he promised to Shannon in front of God, her family and friends and to the pastor who married them. Shannon deserved to be loved and respected. Her now ex proved he is unworthy of any beautiful loving woman. It's awful he treated Shannon with such disrespect. I can only hope that other ladies will find out about his infidelities behind his wife's back. Shame on him!! Shannon was a beautiful woman.

I met Shannen in March this year. She was witty and warm. We bonded over our shared Donegal heritage and she told me she loved my red hair that was just like her mum's. Hearing her talk about her parents love...I could tell she had a strong bond with her mum and it must be so hard to have lost her daughter. ❤

Shannen and I are the same age, and I'll admit crushing on her a little while watching her on Little House on the Prairie when I was 10. And then crushing on her again in Charmed later in life. And then crushing on her recently as I listened to her podcast. What a survivor she's been, in every facet of her life. Rest well, and I hope that in your next life here on earth you find peace.

It's been said since I can remember yrs ago that the good ones die young. I'm heartbroken that one of the good ones was miss Shannon Doherty. Can't God leave some of the real good ones here for us to enjoy. Gosh she was only 53. My only blood aunt died from breast cancer but at least she lived to be 62. We'll miss you Shannon.
