Such a genius emory remington was, awesome teacher. Still so useful and applicable today and wow the clear golden sound that ralph sauer puts out is amazing as well

grew up learning this while playing my (Elkhart) Conn 88H in 1957. His warm ups were included, along with the Remington mouthpiece and my dad, an excellent trombone player, insisted I do the exercises daily. Interestingly enough, after swithching mpce during college days, to a 5GS, I have finally arrived back where I started from....and now I love my Remington mpce again! BTW, Ralph Sauer is a legend as well
