Something you can also consider a stone and malevolence ring dot damage we'll get your mod power back a lot faster

You should get stormbringer for melee weapon. Uncharged hit it applies a 10-second debuff that increases status effect damage

Im gonna try and complete Apocalypse with this build. I really want to unlock the skill cooldown ring. Cant wait to build the havoc form build. As i like star wars and your basically emperor Palpatine xD

Try using the fargazer mod, its completly broken with DOTs. No need to change much in this build (maybe only switch the amulet for Energized Neck Coil) and it should deal ~1k dps, it just melt bosses! 🤯

Any substitute for Ahanae? I don't have the ring... :-( Is it hard to get the ring? Anyhow, thank you for sharing the build. I like it. :-)

Mr. Nacho do you know how is the interaction with Dots(Ritualist) + Challenger, does you need to be closer to the entities to get that 35% damage on the Dots? Thank you

why don't you use timekeeper's jewel? It's damage increase is really super high after the patch. My miasma deals twice as match damage and its durations is 43,5 sec with cooldown 43,2. Also starshots burn ticks for 300 damage even without the fog mod.

Maelstrom on engima slaps like it used before patch I hear. I use it and melts after applying all dots. The bonus for mod generation helps when not running any rings

Would you do more damage with challenger? Equipped with Whispering Marble necklaces over Sinister Totem and replacing Signed Ring with Dried Clay Ring? You be more tanky but do you lose dmg?

I use a similar build, any ideas why my sparkfire says it does 0 fire damage? I'm using a bunch of fire/ status rings & amulet

If the band of the fanatics got fix, would you still keep it in the build or change it for something else ?

is there a substitute for the fanatics ring? It seems they have patched the bug which prolongs the dot instead of decreasing it.

I would use red ring of death(extra status effects = more dmg) And I would use the stormbringer mutator on the ace tbh, for more status effect dmg

As I understand it prolonging status effect duration makes them worse, they deal the same amount of damage over a longer time span, have they changed this?

Wouldn't alumni ring be better then the signed ring since the alumni ring gives 10% to elemental damage?

How did you get that damage for miasma AND the cooldown? When I do the same build I only have 1500 damage

It’s seems right now dots builds are great at AOE and lower level speed runs but they are terrible at bossing. Since dots don’t scale off crit / weak spot dmg they don’t get the same multipliers other builds get and they severely lack in damage even when going full damage equipment

Doesn't increasing the duration of DoTs reduce your overall DPS? AFAIK, all DoTs in this game have a set amount of damage that it divides by duration, so increasing duration just means it takes longer to deal that same damage. If you already have a high uptime, you are better off reducing your duration and continually refreshing it to get far better DPS. Am I missing something?

What does dots stand for

my dots build i have twisted wounds description should deal about 4k dmg but testing it on dummies deal about 1.3-1.6k dmg. anyone knows why?

I would say nice build but it's a glitched build and very misleading. From my tests, the enigma and krell axe do waaaaay too much damage somehow. The enigma mods will do about 5k damage and the krell axe for 1 throw is 4-5k damage in 5 seconds. So in essence the build is doing 10k damage every few seconds from these 2 unintended effects? So it becomes an Enigma/Krell axe build and not dot. Or it might be because i have a slightly different build. The stormbringer mod works better on the krell axe for the purpose of a dot build? man, it seems like they will never figure out the Dot builds:(
