I can use a hug from a friend 🤗 . I'm a married woman with 3 adult children and married two a man who displays negative energy. When I'm at work driving my semi across the country is the only time I find peace .. whenever I speak to my children they admit they can feel I'm so much so happier when I'm not around my husband. I hate to admit mental I am. So sorry I'm sharing my thought here it's just I have Noone else to share my thoughts with. My mother died two of my brothers passed away and I have two sisters that are so full of negative I can't talk to them .my kids are grown I hate to bother them. I have one grandson who's 1 year old who unlocked so much love in my heart I finally know what love feels like. Anyway, I sending out love in positive energy to everyone as I start my journey ✨️ 😌

Very incredible Audio, and Thank you very much! However, the bad thing is that they have a lot advertisements, how is it possible that a channel that is about meditation puts ads? The things is like this, You are relaxed and calm listening to the audio for 10 minutes and suddenly an ad appears every 10 minutes. that interrupts. The channel that I have experienced listening to meditate audios even before starting does not have ads and you can listen for a long time and no ads appear is “Music Heals The Soul”. To be honest, I definitely recommend it.
