Would you mind doing a video demoing it on fine mesh, I do maintenance on reactor internals and am wondering if this could be a step in the right direction for a consumable.

What do i wipe on the surface to get rid of rust powder residue after grinding (preparation for primer) ? I think it can't be water?

Probably wear out pretty quick, but worth it not to worry about those damn wires.

Is there a bigger bench grinder-able (?) version of this?

most are about $20 they wear out so damn fast. 10 - 20 minutes and its toast. Yea they do a great job, but super high cost.

Even the cheapo woven wheels from Amazon will perform just as well (and for a LOT less cost!) when used as shown in the short examples here so how about a durability test? These things are NOT cheap and unless they last longer than the cheap generic versions they are not worth the cost! An example would be flap discs. I use a LOT of these things in my shop and I find the 3M last no longer than some generic discs at a fraction of the cost. Ok my example is flap discs so how about these? Also what about their performance on mill scale?
