Sometimes a person only an an unconscious level is allowing the past to affect their current expectations of themselves in a new situation that day or during a day soon to come. And so if an unpleasant memory surfaces that isn't necessarily a bad thing. If there is no alarming physical symptoms accompanying it the memory is probable your unconscious mind trying to tell you that the past is only the past while you are needing to practice more self confidence for the tasks at hand or when taking on a new positive experience. Since no one can be omnipresent about the past or the present we must live while being in the way of our Lord which is love. Love not like how the world is often both trying to demand and define what that should look like for us.

My dad fell asleep in my arms forever during these healing sounds. Lo que creaste en tu mente y hoy te hace pensar, sentir y creer cosas que te afectan, deshazte de ellas.Tu tienes el valor suficiente para disfrutar tu propia y valiosa realidad aquí y ahora. La vida es lo más hermoso, genial y grandioso que realmente tienes. Incluso en los momentos o situaciones difíciles puedes encontrar motivos importantes en tu corazón para ser feliz, para amarte y disfrutarte a ti misma. Tu espíritu, fortaleza, tu fuerza, tu impulso, la razón, la motivación, el deseo y el valor para vivir tu presente estan, dentro de tí. Tu puedes cambiar tu visión perfectamente, ese poder te pertenece. Observas, analisas, te haces preguntas, investigas, buscas las respuestas correctas de acuerdo a tus pensamientos, sentimientos, perscepción, verdad, emociones, ideas, reflexiones y dudas. Cuando al fin encuentras todo lo que buscas y te hace ver con claridad lo que esta pasando en tí, en tu entorno y tu mundo. En esos momentos lo reflexionas, aceptas, te quedas con lo aprendido, elijes lo que para tí es importante y valioso, cambias lo que no te deja mejorarte y superarte, sustituyes lo negativo por lo positivo, si una puerta se cerro abres otra, si no tuviste los resultados que deseabas en lo que estabas emprendiendo; en calma los corriges, lo mejoras o simplemente vuelves a empesar de nuevo y avanzas. Porque los nuevos inicios son muy buenos, porque tienes claro que el que percevera alcanza, sabes que si lo crees lo creas y que la práctica hace al maestro, sabes que debes cerrar ciclos, para incias un nuevo ciclo, que todo llega en el momento perfecto, que todo es una fuente de emergía. Hoy te liberas de todas las culpas que no te corresponden, ya que eres consciente que no eres culpable de los sentimientos y reacciones de los demás. Cada quien ve la vida según sus experiencias. Y si alguien decidió irse no debes sentirte responsable. De eso se trata soltar y ser feliz. Sabes que los problemas así como llegan se van y tu vida continua avanzando. Si no avanzas, las mismas experiencias de tu vida, te harán avanzar, por decisión propia, porque te has dado cuenta que tu vida es importante para tí y por amor a ti misma. No pierdas tiempo en preocuparte por cosas que aún no pasan y tal vez no pasen jamás. Si llegaran a pasar, te aseguro que serás ingeniosa, precavida, inteligente, creativa, hábil, ingeniosa, fuerte y capaz de resolver cualquier desafio, problema o situación que se llegue a ser presente. Tu realmente valoras tu preciado tiempo presente, el cual es muy importante y valioso para tí. Porque tienes claro que es hoy donde te haces presente y existes. Por eso te ocupas, de las cosas que realmente son importantes para tí y en este instante de tu vida. Tomas total atención a tus prioridades personanales y en la vida que construyes. Date el meríto y el valor que te mereces a tí misma y en todo lo que haces o creas para tí, como la ayuda y el apoyo que de corazón le diste a alguien más. Lo importante es lo que pienses tú, de tí misma y no lo que piensan aquellas personas que tratan de hacerte menos. Si lo hacen, eso indica que fuiste la mejor y lo hiciste excelente, abrasate, felicitate y sienteté orgullosa de tí misma. A veces tanto brillo y luz les molesta a su vista y falta de autoestima. Ni modo ese problema no esta en tí, más si en la de ellos o ellas. Tu solo eres auténtica, divertida, carismatica, natural, positiva, optimista, de buen humor, original, segura de tí misma.

El que te sientas agradable, contenta, feliz y bonita, es normal, te estas disfrutando a tí misma. Fuera toda esa basura de juicios, perjuicios y etiquetas que no forman parte de tí. En primer lugar no son tuyas. Ni van con tu auténtica personalidad y agradable forma der ser. Ni combina con tu maravilloso y feliz carisma. No hay comparación con tu bello y amoroso corazón. Ni tiene los colores hermosos de tu alma. Ni van con tu bella, dulce y natural sonrisa. Ni tiene la luz de tu esencia. Realmente lo ajeno y con propositos negativos, jamas serán una buena opción para tu original, natural, especial y bella persona. No es ego, es sencillamente saberte apreciar en tu propia divinidad, esencia y ser luz que ya eres. Que agradable es ser y sentirse jno misma. Tu preciado y dulce corazón, te hace sentir ternura por tu bonita alma y gran persona. Tu eres tu más grande tesoro que enriquece de felicidad tu importante persona. Tu eres tu más hermoso regalo de vida, que hace de tí, tu más preciada, incomparable y hermosa joya. Cada persona es bella por naturaleza, es plena, atractiva, agradable y completa, sientete muy feliz y orgullosa de tí misma. No te puedes comparar con alguien más, porque jamas encontraras alguien igual a tí. Tú eres tú, única, auténtica, invaluable, incomparable y especial. Aceptarte a tí misma, es amarte realmente de corazón. Antes y después tu preoridad eres tú misma, si tu estas bien, todo lo demás estará mucho mejor en tu vida. Cuando ayudas, apoyas y perdonas, sabes que lo hiciste de corazón, entonces, en el corazón se queda porque lo hiciste incondicionalmente. Con que te sientas feliz contigo misma, por tu noble acción, es suficiente. Eso es ser todo corazón. Tu sabes el verdadero valor de tu propia vida y por eso valoras a las personas, no por lo que tienen, sino por lo que son en su corazón. Cuando se trata de perdonar, no es que no te importe lo que te hagan, claro que te importa, eres un ser humano y sientes. Es por eso que lo haces responsablemente y conscientemente por ellos y por tí. Así como hay días diferentes, existen personas haciendo distintas acciones. Tu eligete a tí misma y decide por ti, porque sabes realmente lo que quieres y lo sabes. Tu eres autosuficiente, tu seguridad forma parte de tí, no eres alguien más, eres todo y mucho más. Porque el amor verdadero eres tú y gracias a el, hoy sabes lo importante que eres para tí. Tu fe en ti misma, crea bonito cambios a nuevos comiensos en tu preciada y amada existencia. Renaces en cada nuevo amanecer en tu vida y floreces con tu amor propio con alegría. Eso te hace aprender a vivir, amar, ser feliz y ser tu misma cada día.

Céntrate en tu respiración y simplemente observa aquello que no puedes cambiar, acéptalo, no es una rendición, no hay humillación en éste acto. Es simplemente una asimilación consciente de una realidad. Permanece así 10' y cuando finalices, tendrás más fuerzas en tu plano físico y la mente más clara para cambiar aquellas cosas que sí puedes cambiar. Luz en el camino para todas las personas.
