After trying several different ways to remove a stubborn set of horn sheaths from an old longhorn cow we are finally successful. Most of the past sheaths took patience and time to remove but this set proved to be extra fun. Holding the skull and getting a good hold to pull the sheaths has always been a challenge but I feel this will be my new go to method. Once removed we'll clean up the skull fit it to a form and put together an attractive shoulder mount longhorn for our customer at Hansen's Taxidermy in Windom, MN.
