If the method isnt working for you, then it's likely you have a newer model chromebook. if you restart your computer (turn it on and off again) after choosing the german language, once your computer is back on all restrictions should be gone.

UPDATE: This works for all chrome book models except for HP. If you have an HP chrome book, you're out of luck, but if you have any other type, (at least as of writing this), it should work

Is it your property or the schools? If it is yours the school have to remove all restrictions and the management if you want it because it is illegal without your permission.

@@d65441 Well my school ordered iPads for everyone and we had to buy them, so its our property but the school is supervising and restricting them in the school time though. But I was able to bypass the restrictions by using a DNS blocker to prevent my iPad to connecting to the MDM Server.

They don’t ever use them at school nor do they ever use them at home for school. They Chromebook’s are locked by administrators even though they don’t use them. Do you know of a way to take those restrictions off of it even though we didn’t personally purchase it? It’s just sitting here collecting dust. I don’t understand why they bothered buying all of the damn things if no one can use them. Probably just for their taxes but what a waste ugh

Some students found out that some genius at Lenovo forgot to lock the hard drives and so now some are using a trick using the hard drives to unlock the chromebooks
