In case you are wondering... my washer stained all my white clothes with little specs of rust, it was very, very upsetting. I'm so glad that I came across an article online which said to use these two ingredients.
I have tested the salt and lemon juice on rust stains on my white clothes. And.... Success!
All you will need is salt, lemon juice some sun, AND LOTS OF PATIENCE!

Ty for posting this. This continuously happens to our best quality white clothes. I did dawn dishsoap, lemon and salt and scrubbed it right out. No sun needed.

Thank you for taking the time to message. I don't think I would do that. The reason is that the salt absorbs the rust out of the fabric. If you mix the salt and the lemon juice in the bottle it may just dissolve and not work. Either way, let us know what the result is.

Hi! I haven't tried either of those, but if you have several rust stains, maybe you can try 1 of each and see if either gives you results. Let us know the results, good or bad 😉

I have an ash coloured clothe and I tryna remove the circular iron rust stain innit with ur method. I ain't know if it gonna work cus ur video u used a white polo The stain came after washing with my washing machine, spreading on the sun yunno for some few minutes to dry. Then on bringing it from hanger, I saw the circular iron stain, the iron stain was just on the upper part of my left chest pocket like 7 and on the same pocket but the lower side of it, just three stains

Wishing you good luck. I don't know if it will work out with color fabric, as I feel it could bleach it, but would be helpful to everyone if you let us know the outcome.

Use Colgate tooth paste,baking soda,lemon,dish washer and detergent. Mix all in small quantity and apply to the affected area,scrub with old toothbrush. Reapply and soak in hot water for 10 mins. You won't see it again. I did this on my sky blue shirt and it didn't bleach.

Hi! Honestly, I don't know if it will work as well, but no harm in trying that. If it doesn't work, then try it in the sun.

Hi! I didn't try it on colored clothes. Someone commented a few days ago that she tried it without putting it out in the sun and mixing some Dawn with the salt and lemon juice. If I were you I would not put it out in the sun the first time you try just in case it bleaches it. If you end up putting it out in the sun, maybe don't leave it out too long. Wishing you good luck! @@gabbar_is_back6394 even though I was going for cold water, since I live in the desert, it actually washed in almost hot water. I would say, go for warm water. Are your clothes white? Just curious. I really hope it works for you!

Ohhhh so I would make sure not to wet the red with the lemon juice in case it bleaches it. You could use a small brush to be more accurate.

😂it gets different stains on it each time he wears it and he freaks out anxiously asking me if I can get it out.. to date I’ve been fortunate. It wasn’t his shirt that has rust stains on it but skirts and pants from the clips on the hangers. Even though the clips are covered they still stained ( we live in super humid Singapore). Unfortunately the lemon and salt didn’t budge the rust spots. Maybe the lemons we get are not acidic enough… 🤷🏻♀️

Thanks so much dear 🫂, i am really in LOVE WITH YOU, just after watching this video, i went and did it on my blouse but it's already gone even before I wash it, that part that got rust is having a metal and I had soaked it the whole night, just know I am really happy, thanks so much for sharing with us this cleaning technic🫂🫂
