Great reaction. It's not on Freckled Angels, its on Demos Vol 1. Wish he had named it 'I can feel your soul' or something along those lines so it would be easier to find lol sweet song none the less.

It is on Demos (Vol 1) (8 Songs). Demos (Vol 1) was released on April 30, 2020. Life is Funny, Love Music Pt. 3, Money Game, Pt. 2, French Song - feat. Romain Axisa, Dear God, Hold On, Ahiahiahohah - feat. Bibi and Ocean - feat. Eden Nash are on this album. ❤

I bought the album on iTunes and put it on my ancient iPod nano months ago so was just listening without really reading titles and features for the songs. For ages I didn’t realise this was Bibi because it’s just soooo different to Crutch 😅

@@TheMindOfJeremy Ren drops references so quickly…it happens to the best of us. Lol I was telling my 15-year-old about some of Stanley Kubrick’s works in the car earlier today so I could explain to her how impressive I thought it was that he made 3 Kubrick references within the span of 12 words in the song Heretic, and she pointed out that it was actually 4 references. “I’m shining like Kubrick, my method is clockwork, a full metal dude.” I missed the “shining” reference. Whoops!

Yes! I think he left it at Demos bc he wasn't really happy, as if he wanted to work on it more...? I find elements of it's lyrics in theIllest of our time, who knows... I like it. The title is funny and quirky. But Ren is Ren, and he does as he pleases. :D

It is one of the bonus tracks on his album named "Demos (Do Not Share), Vol 1", released 2020. The other bonus track on that album is Ocean, featuring Eden Nash.

No, Bibi was Ren's live in girlfriend who cared for him during his worst days. She is a fantastic tattooist by trade rather than a singerand lives and works in another southern coastal town Plymouth.
