He gave some insight now that he completed the 8 Chapters, on Instagram this morning. Depleted is tbe wortd he used. But feeling like this song Troubles is putting a full stop on the Sick Boi album. He will be on chat at the premier tonight. Man's a hero. He promised to use his platform to help out the prople still missing in chronic illness. If he ever got out on the other side. This is Ren doing what he said he would.

I think Ren wanted to tell his story as completely as he could, and in his own words. We have heard much of it in interviews, but here, we get his own perspective on it. He is a wonderful writer, but we knew that from his songs. Now, to hear his story, he reveals his lyrical gift in a big way.

On the one hand, I love and appreciate you so much and was excited to see you were reacting to these. On the other hand, I thought pretty fast this might not be good for you right now. This story relentlessly spirals a long way down before taking a positive turn. (This is giving me some kind of unsettling deja vu about conversations between you and Dan Wheeler that I don't want to sort out. But then again, everything turns out ok in the end ❤)

Thank you for this ❤ I’m sorry it was so tough for you to watch 🫂 I’m afraid it gets a lot tougher before it gets better. Though Ren is great at strewing in bits of humour along the way. Still, I understand if you don’t do reaction to the rest of this story though I hope you manage to watch them. It is such an important and brave thing Ren is doing. I truly hope it gets enough eyes on it that it starts influencing the medical industry too 🙏❤

So you have like panic attacks out of sleep? Man panic attacks are terrible. First time I had when I swear I was having a heart attack. I went to emergency room. My BP was 205/120. It’s ironic his song diazepam is probably from the stress he was prescribed that. It works so well but like every other pharmaceutical just about it’s highly addictive. Sometimes just having one available helps your mind in many cases. A sorry I posted that before you said this is me having a panic attack. I don’t know how you can continue reacting like that. You obviously have had way more than me. That sucks. I unfortunately lost both my best friends to sui@ide. I can’t make it through the song without breaking down. I’ve heard it 20 times at least.

Thank you for sharing my friend 🙏 it’s an awful cycle, the mental health system lol Yes I have panic attacks all the time. Just like you, the first one I ended up in ER thinking I was gonna have a heart attack, next one was hours later and I begged a pharmacist to assure me I was okay A few days later my doctor diagnosed me with a ‘panic disorder’ - I went through about a month of none stop panic - it was the most painful thing I’ve experienced. Everything was scary, intrusive, loud etc. HEAVY dependency on pharmas to try and chill out a little, and all the rest. It’s weird to say I’m just sorta used to it now 🤷 panic lets me know I’m still alive? Haha. And I’m also really sorry about your experience with your friends. No one deserves to go through that, and no one deserves to be in a place where they feel that’s their only option 💛
