I was worried about this track because I’ve always loved the original by the incomparable MG but this is phenomenal.

Chinchilla said she wears the nails only for performing then takes them off. She probably figured with this busking session she didn't need to go out all out. But her and Ren did both wear cougar print jackets so that makes up for the lack of nails lol Also she said this was the most nervous she's ever been performing live because she's never busked before. Once she warmed up to it and the nerves went away she said she absolutely loved it and had such an appreciation for what Ren, Sam, The Big Push and other buskers do.

That was her very first time busking! She said she was more nervous than a stadium show! But quickly became her needed fix!!!

Another great song by a bad ass girl is Labour by Paris Paloma. I just discovered it the other day and it’s a nod to all women throughout history and the expectations we’ve had to go through in one way or another.

Ren must have got Chinchilla relaxed to perform without so much of the trappings of confidence. She has a great voice.

I can see where Ren might be going with this .. I listen to Ren and the boys ... the big push.. But Ren and Liv Sansgter is something special

Speaking of powerful female singers, you have to listen to a young Russian singer - Diana Ankudinova who is 18 years old in this video, singing a very unique cover of Elvis Presley's Can't Help Falling In Love. There were 9 singers who were also the judges and critiqued each other. There were 9 genres of music they had to perform over the course off the show. Thus Diana sang in many different styles. Diana (dee-ah-na) was abandoned by her abusive alcoholic mother at the age 3 at a bus stop in the middle of winter with a broken collarbone and placed in an orphanage, diagnosed with cognitive impairment. Her adoptive mother had her enroll in singing lessons to help with some speech problems due to abuse and neglect. Her singing talent was immediately noticed and the rest, as they say, is history.
