I think the fact that he’s so well read and intelligent as hell just brings so much more value to his music, he really makes you think but brings it in such an amazing way with killer tracks.

Agreed. Ren WILL be a problem. He's gonna remind a lot of people there are some fake MC's out there. More great Ren tracks? It's an understated video, but the poetry in his bars on 'Life is Funny' is off the charts.

License to Kill is a James Bond reference too hence the "call me Connery". Ren has a whole Bond scheme in one of the Love Music trilogy. (Think it's #3.)

Yeah Sean Connery played James Bond who had a ‘license to kill’ given to him by the secret service. “license for killing my self call me Connery” - wordplay is different level.

I think you would enjoy the acoustic live version of Genesis raw with a completely different vibe different cadences in a slower tempo .. I prefer the live version

If you haven't seen Ren loosing it or Ren what you want watch them. So good. My fav line on this one is Genesis pain in the art ( a play on words like pain in the arse.. a UK saying like pain in the butt haha)

At 2:58- This reactor is pausing quite a bit, but he is somehow not butchering the emotional reactivity that comes with the flow. It appears as though the pause negging has more to do with how each particular reactor uses the pause than the pause itself. BTW, this is finE arT so people like me get touchy about how others handle it. I'm gonna enjoy the rest if the reaction!
