Im almost sure that when he wrote this he was also working on the heavy tracks like Hi Ren, Sick Boi and Suicide. So that one was made to balance it out musically and lyrically.

Ren has an insane ability to evoke every single human emotion with his artistry. His music is the best therapy I have ever experienced, and I’ve had a lot of therapy. This is not a love song. Johnny Rotten. Its real. Third person mostly. A lot of flipping between his good self and the characters he observes on a daily basis.
